Shameful: What Oyo State Commissioner of Sports wore to Shooting-Insurance match will leave you speechless

It is no more news that the Oluyole Warriors will continue their journey in the ‘NNL wilderness’ after failing to secure a top 2 spot in the southern zone during the NNL Super 8 in Aba.

3SC won just one of their games and lost the other two to knock themselves out of a place in the NPFL this coming season.

Just when the fans are still in shock that the City of Ibadan will not be hosting the elite Nigerian clubs in the coming season, then the commissioner did the unthinkable.

Oyo State Commissioner for Sports, Yomi Oke, who came to cheer his side on in Ibadan during their last game against Insurance was spotted wearing Arsenal’s jersey, although he had 3SC’s cap on.

The action of the commissioner of sport begs the questions; will any foreign club administrator wear the colours of another club while on his club’s assignment? Are there no shops where the clubs jerseys can be gotten? Should his love for a foreign a club be expressed when all that should matter is Shooting Stars?

This is a show of shame, it shows lack of respect to the club.

Hopefully, the fans can take their club away from non-chalants who are at the helms of affair. Other wise, it will continue to be same old story and we will only continue to talk about the glory days of the club.
