Simon, Osimhen and Chukwueze included in top five from the weekend

Moses Simon, Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze and a few Nigerian players were on target for the European clubs over the weekend.

It was a great weekend for theese Nigerian players while a few others were a part of a great feat.

5. Terem Moffi (Lorient 1-2 Reims)

Terem Moffi has scored his 8th league goal of the season in Lorient 1-2 lose to Reims in a French Ligue game on Sunday.

It was his 12th goal contribution (8 goals and 4 assists) in 32 games for Lorient.

4. Kelechi Iheanacho (Tottenham 3-1 Leicester City)

3.  Samuel Chukwueze (Alaves 2-1 Villarreal)

Samuel Chukwueze was on target for Villarreal as they suffered a 2-1 lose at Alaves.

The Nigerian scored a great goal ahead of Villarreal Champions League semifinal clash against Liverpool.

Samuel Chukwueze has scored 3 goals, assisted 3 goals in league games for Villarreal.

2. Victor Osimhen (Napoli 6-1 Sassoulo)

Victor Osimhen has scored a goal and assisted a goal to help Napoli secure a 6-1 win against Sassoulo on Saturday.

The Nigerian striker scored the second goal and assisted the third goal as Napoli rout Sassoulo 6-1.

But the home team roared back in the second half to secure a 2-2 draw and a point from the game.

Also, Silas Nwankwo scored the winner for Mjallby AIF in their home league victory.

Emeka Eze also scored a brace to lead Ankara kg to an away league victory.
