Stanley Dimgba on target in Stellenbosch 2-2 draw with McCarthy AmaZulu
Nigerian forward Stanley Dimgba was on target in Stellenbosch 2-2 draw against Benni McCarthy AmaZulu in a South Africa top flight league game played on Saturday.
The former Enyimba International forward scored the first goal of the game at Parow Park as both teams scored two goals each.
Stanley Dimgba put the home side in front in the 59th minutes of the game, it became two for Stellenbosch when Ashley Du Preez scored in the 70th minute.
But two minutes after Stanley Dimgba was pulled out for Judas Moseamedi, Benni McCarthy’s Amazulu pulled one back in the 74th minute through Sphesihle Maduna.
They got the equalizer through Keagan Buchanan in the 88th minute of the game.
Stanley Dimgba who has started in all of the 11 league games he has played for Stellenbosch in the league has two goals and one assist in those games.
Last season, Dimgba scored seven goals, assisted two in 23 games played for Stellenbosch in the South African top flight league.
