Stars converge as Willam Troost-Ekong foundation plays for Charity

Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong is bringing his charity match back to Lagos. The Troost-Ekong Foundation will hold its second match this Sunday, 22 June, at the famous Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan.

The event, called #PlayForPurpose, will bring together top celebrities, sports stars, and entertainers. The aim is to raise money and awareness for children in need, using football as a way to do good.

Big names taking part include boxing champion Anthony Joshua, former Super Eagles striker Obafemi Martins, top AFCON goal scorer Odion Ighalo, and legendary goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama.

Also playing will be Napoli star Victor Osimhen, along with music stars Odumodublvck, Falz, and Flavour.

This event follows the success of the first charity match held in Uyo, which featured a mix of former players, comedians, musicians, and current Super Eagles stars.

Before the main event, the foundation held a jersey launch at the Puma store in Palms Mall, Lekki. Fans and supporters attended, along with Bobo Ajudua, a top lawyer known for his work in entertainment, finance, and sports law. His support adds strength to the growing reputation of the foundation.
