Suns defeat Nuggets to go 3-0 up, on the brink of qualification

76ers pick up win over Hawks to go into the lead

Phoenix Suns defeated the Denver Nuggets 116-102 in Game 3 of their NBA Conference semifinals to go 3-0 up in the series and leave them on the brink of qualification for the Conference finals. Devin Booker led the scoring for the Suns, scoring 28 points with 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the game. Newly-crowned MVP Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double, but it wasn’t enough to save his side from defeat.

Philadelphia 76ers have recovered strongly from their Game 1 NBA Conference semifinal defeat to the Atlanta Hawks and won Game 3 of the series 127-111 to go 2-1 up in their Conference semifinal. Joel Embiid led the scoring for the Sixers, with his contribution of 27 points with 9 rebounds and 8 assists in the game proving pivotal to his side’s win.
