Super Eagles star Dele-Bashiru involved in car accident
Nigeria and Lazio midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, was involved in a car accident over the weekend in Rome.
Luckily, the 23-year-old was not injured in the crash and is ready to play for his team in their upcoming Serie A match against Inter Milan.
Dele-Bashiru Safe After Lamborghini Crash
Dele-Bashiru crashed his Lamborghini on Saturday evening in Rome. His Lazio teammate, Tijjani Noslin, saw the accident and quickly helped him at the scene.
Reports from Italy say that Dele-Bashiru had no injuries and was cleared to play in Lazio’s match against Inter Milan.
Dele-Bashiru Continues to Shine
Despite the scare, Dele-Bashiru is having a strong season with Lazio, scoring three goals and providing two assists in 12 games.
He has also become a key player for the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles, helping them in Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers by scoring important goals against South Africa and Libya.
Dele-Bashiru, who is on loan from Hatayspor, is quickly gaining recognition as one of the Super Eagles’ brightest talents
