Super Falcons Defender Leaves Beşiktaş JK

Nigerian footballer Glory Ogbonna has said goodbye to Beşiktaş JK Women’s team in Turkey.

Ogbonna, a former player for Ibom Angels, joined the Istanbul club in 2021 and became an important part of the team.

She shared the news on her social media, thanking the club for their support over the past three years.

“Thank you to everyone at the club for making me feel at home,” she wrote.
“To my teammates, coaches, staff, and fans — thank you for supporting me through both good and difficult times. You always showed me love.”

“I wish Beşiktaş a great season ahead. One love, Beşiktaş.” the Super Falcons of Nigeria wrote.
