Tatum scores big as Celtics win game three against Nets

Clippers defeat Mavericks, Hawks defeat Knicks

Boston Celtics put up a brilliant performance with Jayson Tatum at the centre of it as they defeated the Brooklyn Nets 125-119 to win Game 3 of their NBA playoff series. Having lost the opening two games, Celtics needed a win to give themselves a chance of making the conference semifinals and Tatum stepped up with 50 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists on the night.

Kawhi Leonard led the Los Angeles Clippers to a 118-108 win over the Dallas Mavericks to take their NBA playoff series to 2-1, having lost the first two games. Leonard scored 36 points with 8 rebounds and 3 assists as the Clippers bid to reach the conference semifinals.

Atlanta Hawks regained their lead in the playoff series following a 105-94 win over the New York Knicks. The Hawks won the first and lost the second of the games played thus far. Trae Young recorded a double-double of 21 points and 14 assists in the game.
