Terem Moffi Returns with a Bang

Terem Moffi made a dream return from injury by scoring on the final day of the French Ligue 1 season — his first goal since April 2024.

After nine months out with an ACL injury, the Super Eagles striker came off the bench in the 78th minute and scored just four minutes later, netting Nice’s fifth goal in a dominant 6-0 win over Brest.

It was his only goal in five appearances this season, but it was a special one — rounding the keeper and calmly slotting it home, with the whole team joining in the celebration.

The win sealed a fourth-place finish for Nice and a Champions League ticket for next season.
