#TotalAWCON18: Nigeria to start title defence against South Africa
Nigeria women national football team, Super Falcons, have been drawn alongside South Africa, Zambia and Kenya in group b of the 2018 Total Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Super Falcons who are 8th time and defending champions will start their title defence against South Africa on 18th of November at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in Cape Coast, Ghana.
Nigeria wil then play Zambia on the 21st and Kenya on the 24th in the same Stadium.
Hosts Ghana will were grouped alongside Mali, Algeria and Cameroon. Ghana will kick start the tournament on the 17th of November with a clash against Algeria at the Accra Sports Stadium, Accra.
The Super Falconets who are making their 13th appearances at the tournament will be hoping the win their 9th title having won the tournament on 8 different occasions.
