U-20 WC: Nigeria in group D alongside Qatar, Ukraine and USA

Nigeria U-20 team, the Flying Eagles have been drawn in group D alongside Qatar, USA and Ukraine in the 2019 FIFA World Youth Championship.

The Flying Eagles will be hoping for an improved outing in Poland come May after a dismal performance at the just concluded AFCON 2019 in Niger.

Nigeria will start their campaign with a clash against Qatar on the 24th of May at the Stadion Miejski w Tychach, Tychy.

Nigeria will play the second and final game against USA and Ukraine on the 27th and 30th of May at Stadion Miejski, Bielsko-Biała and at Stadion Miejski, Bielsko-Biała respectively.

Nigeria is yet to win the World Youth Championships title but have come close to winning on various occasions.

The 2019 World Youth Championships will be staged in Poland between 23 May and 15 June 2019.
