Victor Osimhen completes big money move to Napoli from Lille

Victor Osimhen has finally completed his big money move from Lille to Napoli.

The Nigerian striker was announced today by the Italian side after weeks of back and forth over details of the deal.

The exact fee paid by the Italian for Victor Osimhen is currently sketchy as different outlets are reporting various fee.

While Italy based outlets have claimed it is £45m and add ons, France based outlets are reporting that the deal was a record fee for an African player.

In any case, Victor Osimhen has finally joined the Coppa Italia champions and would be playing in the Europa League next season.

The club president Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed the deal this afternoon.

He has joined other Super Eagles players in Italy like Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, and Simy Nwankwo while he becomes the first Nigerian to play for Napoli.
