Victor Osimhen ends goal drought Charleroi away loss

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen returned to goalscoring form, however, in Sporting Charleroi 3-1 away loss to St.Truiden in a Belgian top flight game on Sunday.

The Wolfsburg loanee ensured he put an end to his goal duck, but unfortunately it was in a defeat at the Stayen Stadium.

Yohan Boli scored all three goals for St. Truiden. He scored the first goal in the 4th minute of the game. He increased his tally to two in the 31st minute.

But Victor Osimhen pulled one back for Sporting Charleroi in the 37th minute with a great strike.

While spear-heading his side’s push back for the equalizer, the hosts scored again through same man, Yohan Boli, to increase the lead to two and avoid the fight back.

Victor Osimhen who ended his three games without a goal scored his 10th goal of the season in 20 league games for Sporting Charleroi.
