VIDEO: Curry drops career-high 62 points to lead Warriors past Portland
Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry dropped a career high 62 points to lead his side to a 137-122 win against Portland Trailblazers on Monday.
The two-time regular season MVP reminded the world why he is still the only unanimous MVP with a special display at The Chase Center.
With alot of talks about his status as a Super star after leading his team to a 2-3 start to the new season.
Curry stepped on the floor and silenced his critics who had been asking if he could lead a team all by himself.
With his Splash Brother, Klay Thompson out for the rest of the season through injury and surrounded by rookies it was never going to be easy.
And Steph Curry came out on fire finishing 18 for 31 and 8 of 16 on 3-pointers.
He had a 21-point first quarter. He had his 10th career 30-point half to help the Warriors take a 66-54 at the break and finished with 62 points surpassing his previous 54 points set on February 17, 2013.
