Watching Stephen Curry on the court, it sometimes looks like he’s playing on a video game cheat code.
For a little over a day, he will have his own.
Curry’s shoe company, Under Armour, and the folks at NBA 2K have teamed up to give the Golden State Warriors star a maximum overall rating on the game, in commemoration of his second consecutive NBA MVP award.
A video promoting the enhancement of Curry’s rating featured the message: “This season, real-life Curry is doing things video-game Curry couldn’t even dream of. So for 30 hours, Under Armour and NBA 2K16 are maxing out his overall rating, making him the greatest shooter in NBA 2K history.
“Finally, video-game Stephen will be as remarkable as real-life Stephen.”

Curry, 28, is the first person to win the NBA MVP honour unanimously, having received all 131 first-place votes in 2016.
He led Golden State to an NBA-record 73 wins in the regular season with 402 three-pointers, comfortably beating his own record of 286.
The Warriors have since made it through to the Western Conference final, Curry making a spectacular return from a knee injury with 40 points in game four against the Portland Trail Blazers, including a record 17 in overtime.
