Kelechi Iheanacho scored his 4th league goal of the season as Leicester City suffered a 3-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Stadium on Sunday.

The Super Eagles striker scored the consolation goal for the visiting Foxes late on in the game after the trio of Son Heung-min, Harry Kane, and Dejan Kulusevski had already done the damage.

Harry Kane scored the opener after an assist from Son Heung-min, Son Heung-min scored the second goal of the game – his goal was assisted by Dejan Kulusevski.

It was the same combination again for the third goal as Dejan Kulusevski teed up Son Heung-min for his brace and Tottenham’s third goal of the game.

But with two minutes left in the added time, Kelechi Iheanacho stepped up and scored what would be a consolation goal for Europa Conference final chasing Leicester City.

While Leicester City travel to Rome to face Roma in their Europa Conference League second leg semifinal on Thursday, Tottenham will prepare for their midweek game against Arsenal.
