It appears Lionel Messi and his fans are not happy after watching Kylian Mbappe scored a late winner in Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 win against Rennes on Friday.

Paris Saint-Germain needed a 93rd-minute strike from Kylian Mbappe to secure the win against a tough to crack Rennes.

Mauricio Pochetinno’s side scored with their only shot on target which was very shocking for a team with superstars such as Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

Mauro Icardi drove with the ball from the midfield, found his fellow Argentine, Lionel Messi, who passed the ball to Kylian Mbappe.

Lionel Messi was visibly waiting for a return pass from Kylian Mbappe but the former Monaco forward fired right and into the net for the only goal of the game.

Lionel Messi was not too pleased with what happened and his fans on social media have slated Kylian Mbappe for not returning the pass to the Argentine.

Since joining Paris Saint-German, Lionel Messi has scored the same number of goals as Simon Moses (2) and just one more assist (7) than the Nigerian.

On the other hand, Kylian Mbappe is the second-highest goal scorer in the league with 12 and 9 assists only 2 goals less than top scorer Monaco’s Ben Yadder.
