Anthony Nwakaeme continued his top form by scoring his 10th league goal in Trabzonspor 1-1 draw at Fenerbahce in a Turkish top-flight game on Sunday.
The 32-year-old forward picked it up where he left it off in his last league game when he scored and assisted a goal to hand Trabzonspor a 3-2 win against Kayserispor.
Anthony Nwakaeme scored the first goal of the game in the 22nd-minute finishing a good team effort that involved more than 20 passes.
The goal was his 10th of the season, his first against Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor 100th against the Instanbul side.
Fenerbahce got their equalizer through Miha Zajc in the 71st minutes of the game.
Tony was substituted for Berat Ozdemir in the 87th minute of the game.
With the goal, Anthony Nwakaeme’s goal contribution has increased to 19, 10 goals, and 9 assists in 22 league games.
Trabzonspor maintain their place atop their Turkish league table with 67 points from 28 games while second place Konyaspor have 52 points.
