Woods, Mickelson and Fowler grouped together at Players Championship
Former champions Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Rickie Fowler will tee off together at The Players Championship after the PGA Tour announced two featured groups.
Woods is returning to form in 2018 and will look to win the prestigious competition for a third time at Sawgrass.
And the 42-year-old will make up one third of a high-profile trio as he is joined by Mickelson, the 2007 winner, and 2015 champion Fowler.
The other featured group should also make for entertaining viewing as world number two Justin Thomas is joined by good friend Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy, all seeking their first win at this tournament, which gets under way on Thursday.
