World Scrabble Championship qualifiers begin in Edo State

The World English Scrabble Players Association Championship qualifiers begin on Friday April 5, 2019 in Edo State.

According to the Nigeria Scrabble Federation, top players across the country will be taking part in the qualifiers for a place in the world championship.

Consequently, the Federation has called up 26 players for the competition tagged, ‘Scrabble Meet Season 2 Series 3’ organised by the Scrabble Federation in collaboration with Edo State Scrabble Association.

The best players will be selected during the 4-day competition for a grand finale in Port Harcourt where the best will be picked based on their overall points for the India World championship later this year.
