Agassi, Graf plead doubles cases

Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf debated their backhands and forehands as they put forward their cases to be chosen as someone’s double partner.

The married tennis greats are raising money for their respective foundations – Children for Tomorrow, and the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education.

On offer, a trip and stay in Las Vegas, doubles with the pair, who have won 30 grand slams between them, lunch and dinner.

In a humorous video posted on Twitter, the duo debated just who would get picked first.

“When you’ve won eight-grand slam titles, there’s no reason to make a whole sales pitch on who you should team up with,” Agassi said.

Graf responded: “And if someone else won 22 grand slams, same thing.”

The two then debated their best shots – forehand and backhand.

And, despite Agassi’s wishes, it seems jean shorts are banned.
