Ademola Lookman scored on his return from injury, but it was not enough to save Atalanta as they were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League by Club Brugge. The Belgian side, featuring Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika, triumphed 3-1 on the night, advancing 5-2 on aggregate.

Despite relentless efforts from Atalanta, including several chances in the second half, they were unable to recover, and the game ended 3-1. Atalanta’s exit means they will not be part of the Champions League Round of 16.
Raphael Onyedika played the full 90 minutes for Club Brugge, helping them secure the vital win that sent them into the next stage. For Lookman, the match marked a bittersweet return, as his goal came too late to make a significant difference in Atalanta’s elimination.
