Arsenal and Fans mark Aaron Ramsey’s 35th Birthday
Arsenal marked Aaron Ramsey’s 35th birthday alongside supporters, with tributes shared across the club’s official platforms and by fans on social media.
Supporters posted clips of some of Ramsey’s most memorable moments in an Arsenal shirt. These included his bicycle kick deflection against Barcelona in the Champions League in 2011 and the well-worked 19-pass team goal finished against Norwich City in 2013.
Ramsey joined Arsenal in 2008 and spent more than a decade at the club before leaving in 2019. During that period, he made 369 appearances and scored 64 goals. His most memorable moments came in FA Cup finals, where he scored the winning goals in 2014 and 2017. The goal against Hull City in 2014 ended Arsenal’s nine-year wait for a major trophy.
Known for his box-to-box role in midfield, Ramsey was twice named Arsenal’s Player of the Season. His performances during the 2013–14 season remain among the most remembered of the club.
Although his career later took him to Juventus, Villarreal and other clubs, Ramsey’s time at Arsenal continues to resonate with supporters, who regard him as one of the club’s key figures of the last decade.
