Chisom Eguchulam: I want to score goals and help my team win titles

Newly signed BK Hacken attacker, Chisom Eguchulam has said his move to the Swedish club is purely based on winning titles and not for the financial benefits.

The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) most valuable player from last season, Chisom Egbuchulam, expressed his gladness at joining the Swedish club and his readiness to hit the ground running.

“I am very happy to be here. BK Hacken is a good club with good conditions and I have received a lot of love from everyone at the club since I arrived. The players have welcomed me to the family and I look forward to working hard with them.

“I am a fast player who can play on either wing or centrally in the attack, good with the ball and have a good shot. I’ve come here to win titles – I want to score goals and help my team.”

Egbuchulam has started training with the Wasps, who finished 10th on the Allsvenskan table with 40 points last season, and he will be wearing the number 22 jersey at his new club.

The 2017 season will kick-off on the first day of April, and Häcken will visit AIK on April 2.
