Confirmed: Fidelis Ilechukwu agrees to Rangers FC job

Former Plateau United FC gaffer Fidelis Ilechukwu has agreed terms to become Enugu Rangers International FC Head Coach, SportsRation reports.

According to sources privy to happenings within the 2023 TINGO Federation Cup runners-up, Ilechukwu is confirmed as the man to succeed Abdul Maikaba who left the role after the Federation Cup final loss to Bendel Insurance.

Ilechukwu spent the last two seasons at Plateau United FC, leading the club to second place in the Nigeria Premier Football League before a drab 2022/2023 season which saw the Jos based team miss the NPFL Super 6 playoffs, while bowing out of the Federation Cup following a 1-0 loss to his new team Enugu Rangers International FC.

The Flying Antelopes will unveil Fidelis Ilechukwu to the fans and public at a brief ceremony on Wednesday in Enugu.
