Cristiano Ronaldo revealed the genesis of his iconic Siuuu celebration

Juventus super star and 2019 FIFA World best player hopeful, Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed the genesis of his iconic Siuuu celebration.

The five time Ballon d’Or winner who is gearing for another season revealed the birth of his celebration which is the most used celebration style by both male and female footballers.

The Portuguese said the celebration was born in a game against English giants Chelsea during a match against his former club Real Madrid in the United States of America.

“My “Siuuu” after every goal? It was born naturally, we were in the States, we played against Chelsea, I scored, I jumped and I shouted that “Siuuu”, since then I have continued to do so because when I meet the fans, they repeat that chant.”

Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals in the game to help Real Madrid to a 3-1 win against Chelsea at the inaugural Guinness International Champions Cup played on August 8, 2013.
