Former Liverpool forward Divock Origi has scored a sensational goal, albeit, in AC Milan’s 5-2 defeat to Sassuolo in a Serie A Game at San Siro on Sunday.
The Belgian who has come under attack and labeled by some quarters as the worst Serie A signing scored a great goal to help Milan reduce the deficit to 3 against 16th-placed Sassuolo.
Sassuolo raced into a two-goal lead within the first 2o minutes of the game with Domenico Berardi providing the assists for both goals scored by Gregoire Defrel and Davide Frattesi.
Olivier Giroud who had his 8th-minute strike chalked off by VAR, scored for Milan in the 24th minute to get the champions back into the game.
But Domenico Berardi scored Sassuolo’s third goal with a fine finish in the 30th minute of the game to hand the visitors a 3-1 lead going into halftime.
Two minutes into the restart, Armand Lauriente increased Sassuolo’s lead scoring the 4th goal from the spot kick.
Milan had another goal chalked off by VAR, Ante Rebic’s 54th-minute strike was canceled, making two goals canceled out by VAR.
Substitute Matheus Henrique scored Sassuolo’s 5th game to put it beyond AC Milan as their looked in dejection, Domenico Berardi provided the assist for the goal.
The assists took Domenico Berardi’s contributions to four out of the five goals scored by Sassuolo.
Two minutes after Matheus Henrique’s goal, Divock Origi scored a fantastic goal in the 81st minute his goal was just a consolation as Milan suffered a heavy 5-2 defeat to Sassuolo at San Siro.

Also, the first time they have ever conceded 4+ goals in consecutive Serie A games and the first time they have conceded 5+ goals at home since 1997.
