Four European clubs fights for John Ogu’s signature
Four European clubs are reportedly interested in the signature of Nigerian midfielder John Ogu.
The former Academica midfielder who will be put off contract this summer and have opted not to renew is contract with his Israeli club could be on for big pay day ahead of his move to any of the clubs courting him.
Trabzonspor who already have other Niherians like Anthony Nwakaeme anr Ogenyi Onazi are looking to bring in John Ogu as they prepare for life in the Europa League next season.
Other clubs interested in signing the Nigerian are Turkish side Yeni Matalyaspor, Spanish side Real Sociedad and German club Hamburg.
Ogu joined Be’er Sheva in 2014 from Portuguese club Academica Coimbra, going on to make over 160 appearances since then, winning 3 league titles and two cup titles in the process.
