Frosinone Complete Signing of Super Eagles Defender Kevin Akpoguma

Newly promoted Italian Serie A side Frosinone have completed the signing of Super Eagles defender Kevin Akpoguma from Bundesliga club Hoffenheim.
The Italian club confirmed the arrival of the Nigerian international in an official statement, announcing that Akpoguma has signed a contract that will keep him at the Stadio Benito Stirpe until June 30, 2028.
“Frosinone Calcio announces that it has secured the sporting services of Kevin Akpoguma. The defender, born in 1995, will wear the yellow and blue jersey until June 30, 2028,” the club said.
Akpoguma joins Frosinone after spending several seasons with Hoffenheim, where he became one of the club’s trusted defenders in the German Bundesliga.
The Super Eagles defender is expected to bring valuable experience and greater strength to Frosinone’s defence as the newly promoted side prepares for the 2026/27 Serie A season.
After playing regularly in one of Europe’s top leagues, Akpoguma will be hoping to play an important role in helping Frosinone stay in the Italian top flight and enjoy a successful return to Serie A
