Kingsley Coman ‘arrested on domestic abuse charges’

Bayern Munich forward Kingsley Coman has reportedly been arrested on allegations of domestic abuse.

Prosecutors have claimed that the 21-year-old was detained by police on Monday morning in the Paris suburb of Chessy.

According to reports in France, following a disagreement between the footballer and his ex-girlfriend, two incidents – one on Saturday and the other on Monday – took place.

It is believed that an argument over an advertising contract led Coman to call the police, and his former partner alleged domestic abuse when the officers arrived at the scene, reports The Mirror.

The France international, who has joined Bayern on a permanent contract from Juventus, is expected to summoned to court in September.
