NBA Recap: Nets stun Celtics as Kings defeat Clippers again

Warriors, Thunder, Timberwolves, Nuggets all win

Brooklyn Nets secured the biggest comeback of the NBA season as they recovered from being 28 points down in the second quarter to defeat the Boston Celtics 115-110. Mikal Bridges led the scoring with 38 points and ten rebounds, and Cameron Johnson scored 20 points. Jaylen Brown scored 35 points for the Celtics as the Nets picked up their first win since the All-Star break.

Orlando Magic secured a 117-106 win over the Charlotte Hornets in their NBA clash. Paolo Banchero led the scoring for the Magic with 31 points and Cole Anthony contributed 16 points in the game. Kelly Oubre Jr scored 29 points and ten rebounds for the Hornets in the game.

Just days after defeating them in the second-highest scoring NBA game in history, the Sacramento Kings repeated the trick as they secured a 128-127 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. De’Aaron Fox scored 33 points for the Kings and Domantas Sabonis contributed 23 points and ten rebounds. Russell Westbrook recorded 27 points and ten assists for the Clippers.

Minnesota Timberwolves claimed a 110-102 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in their NBA clash. Rudy Gobert led the scoring with 22 points and 14 rebounds for the Timberwolves, with Anthony Edwards contributing 19 points. Anthony Davis scored 38 points for the Lakers in their defeat.

Golden State Warriors defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 108-99 in their NBA meeting. Klay Thompson led the scoring for the Warriors with 27 points and Jonathan Kuminga contributed 19 points. CJ McCollum scored 25 points for the Pelicans in the game.

Denver Nuggets maintained their standing as the best team in the West by defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 113-97 in their NBA clash. Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double of 18 points, 18 rebounds and ten assists in the game, with Michael Porter Jr scoring 26 points. Ja Morant scored 27 points and ten assists for the Grizzlies.

Oklahoma City Thunder secured a 130-103 win over the Utah Jazz in the NBA. Aaron Wiggins led the scoring for the Thunder with 27 points and Jalen Williams scored 20 points. Laurie Markkanen scored 20 points and ten rebounds for the Jazz.

Josh Okogie starred for the Phoenix Suns as they secured a 125-104 win over the Chicago Bulls in the NBA. The D’Tigers star scored 25 points for the side as Devin Booker recorded 35 points in the game. DeMar DeRozan scored 31 points in the game for the Bulls.

Miami Heat continued their unimpressive form as they fell 122-120 against the New York Knicks in the NBA. Julius Randle led the scoring with 43 points and Jalen Brunson scored 25 points for the Knicks. Jimmy Butler scored 33 points for the Heat in the game.

The Atlanta Hawks secured a 129-111 win over the Portland Trail Blazers in their NBA clash. Dejounte Murray scored 41 points as Trae Young recorded 23 points and 11 assists for the Hawks. Damian Lillard scored 33 points for the Trail Blazers in the game.
