NBA Recap: Warriors, Lakers, Nets lose

Celtics continues impressive run

The Golden State Warriors fell to a 129-114 defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Timberwolves in their NBA clash on Tuesday. Karl-Anthony Towns led the scoring for the Timberwolves with 39 points, nine rebounds and an assist, while Steph Curry contributed 34 points.

Dallas Mavericks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 109-104 in a topsy-turvy game between both sides. Luka Doncic led the scoring for the Mavericks with 25 points, and Jalen Brunson recorded 22 points in the game. LeBron James led all scorers with 26 points in the game.

The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Houston Rockets 113-100 in their NBA clash.  Ivica Zubac led the scoring in the game with 22 points and 12 rebounds.

The Toronto Raptors picked up a 109-108 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Gary Trent Jr led the scoring with 24 points as Scottie Barnes and Pascal Siakam contributed 18 points each.

The Boston Celtics defeated the Atlanta Hawks 107-98 in their NBA clash for their 10th win in their last 12 games. Jayson Tatum led the scoring with 33 points, eight rebounds and seven assists for the Celtics.

The Washington Wizards picked up a 116-113 win over the Detroit Pistons for their 14th straight home win over the Pistons. All of the Wizards starting five recorded double figure points tallies, with Kyle Kuzma scoring 21 points.
