Report: Eric Bailly to undergo medical at Manchester United

Eric Bailly is on the verge of joining Manchester United as the Villarreal defender is reportedly due to undergo a medical this afternoon.

The 22-year-old is expected to join the Premier League giants in a £30m deal, which will give the Spanish club a £25.5m profit on the player.

According to the Daily Mail, the Ivory Coast international has touched down in Manchester to undergo a medical and finalise terms on a contract.

Bailly is likely to be Mourinho’s first signing after the ex-Chelsea boss was appointed as United manager a fortnight ago.
