Schalke and Barcelona agree £28m fee for Leroy Sane
According to L’Equipe, Barcelona have reached a deal with Schalke 04 for the signing of young talent Leroy Sane, who has taken the Bundesliga by storm this season.
The French newspaper claim Barcelona will sign the 20-year-old next summer. Barcelona are supposedly going to pay 28 million euros for the attacking midfielder, his transfer release clause.
L’Equipe also claim Barcelona will offer him a six year contract. The club’s interest in the player has become known in the past few days. Sane is the son of former Senegal star Souleymane Sane.
He leapt to fame last season when he became the youngster player to score against Real Madrid in European competition, at 19 years, one month and one day. Manchester City and Madrid themselves are also interested in the star.
