Stephen Curry Scores 44 Points as Warriors Defeat Timberwolves 119-114
Stephen Curry delivered a spectacular scoring performance as the Golden State Warriors defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 119-114 on the road, finishing with 44 points to lead his team to victory.
The Warriors superstar also recorded eight rebounds, six assists, two steals and six three-pointers, demonstrating his scoring ability and influence throughout the contest.
Curry’s performance carried additional significance as he tied LeBron James for the most 40-point games by a player aged 35 or older in NBA history. Reaching the milestone with another outstanding display further underlined his remarkable longevity and continued importance to Golden State.
The contest remained competitive, with Minnesota pushing the Warriors throughout the game. However, Curry’s offensive production helped Golden State maintain its advantage and secure a five-point victory away from home.
His ability to create space, hit difficult shots from beyond the arc and score under pressure remains one of the defining features of his game. Even at this stage of his career, Curry continues to demonstrate that he can take over a contest against high-level opposition.
The win gives the Warriors a valuable result against a competitive Western Conference opponent, while Curry’s latest scoring milestone adds another memorable achievement to his career.
For Golden State, his performance provides further evidence that the veteran guard remains capable of delivering elite offensive production when his team needs it most.
