U-20 WC: It is anybody’s game – Bosso speaks ahead of Argentina clash
Nigeria men’s U-20 coach, Ladan Bosso, has said the clash between his side and hosts, Argentina in the knockout stages of the FIFA U-20 World Cup is anybody’s game.
The Flying Eagles were rewarded with a clash against Argentina who finished top of Group A after they finished third in their group.
A tough fixture by any standard but coach Bosso believes his side can get a win and progress to the quarterfinal.
“We have to fight for the trophy. I think it is still open. Everybody can be there, and I believe we have the capacity to be there,” Bosso told thenff.com.
“We are into the knockout stage, and in the knockout stage, there is an approach, we can employ it, and we hope we’d have our plans executed accordingly,” the tactician noted.
The game will kick off at 10pm Nigerian time.
