Former Kano Pillars Winger Ubong Ekpai Moses has debunk rumours of him signing for Israel club Maccabi Haifa.
The explosive winger, spoke exclusively to SportRation that he has completed his medicals but he is yet to put pen into paper.
“I am yet to sign for Haifa, I only completed my medicals On Wednesday. The contract will come perhaps next week.”
The U-23 winger rejoined Akwa United this season and has netted in four goals for the Promise Keepers, talked about the Nigeria U-23 chances at the Olympics.
“We can make it out of our group, we’re more experience. With hard work and prayers we can do it,” he said.
Ubong Ekpai Moses who scored the only goal that gave the Nigeria U-23 1-0 victory over Brazil in a recent International friendly is represented by FIFA licenced agent David Ouziel.
