Watch as Odion Ighalo scores a classic to help Al Hilal beat Zamalek to claim the Lusail Super Cup

Odion Ighalo scored a classic goal at the Lusali stadium to help Al Hilal beat Zamalek in the Lusali Super Cup.

The Nigerian striker scored a goal during the normal regulation time and also scored a penalty during the shootout to hand Al Hilal the first trophy of the season.

Ighalo scored the first goal of the game in the 18th minute of the game but Zamalek equalized through Ahmed Sayed in the 33rd minute of the game.

After normal regulation, the game headed to a penalty shootout, and Odion Ighalo again was one of the takers as all Al Hilal players converted and won 4-2 on penalties.

Lusail Super Cup was played between Al Hilal SFC – the Winner of the Saudi Professional League and Zamalek SC – the Winner of the Egyptian Premier League.

The newly-built Lusail Stadium is the biggest stadium in Qatar, it will be the venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup final.
