Nigeria is rich with an abundance of talented footballers who are based in Nigeria and those who were born to Nigerian parents abroad.
Some of these players have been listed in many compilations of the best teenage players in the world, a few have the wonderkid tags.
In this article, SportsRation will list out a few players who are currently tagged wonderkid, a few of these players are already making names for themselves at their clubs.
Some are already regulars for top European clubs while others are waiting for their chance to impress.
The players on the list are U-21, have dual nationality, and are eligible to play for Nigeria due to their Nigerian father or mother.
31. Authur Okonkwo (Arsenal, goalkeeper, 18 years old)
Authur Okonkwo is currently Arsenal’s third-choice goalie. The academy graduate was recently listed on their matchday game against Wolves.
30. Zach Awe (Arsenal, Defender, 18 years old)
Zachariah Olumide Awe is also an Arsenal player from their academy. He was also listed for the Premier League game against Wolves.
29. Michael Olise (Cyrstal Palace, Midfielder- Winger, 20 years old)
Michael Akpovie Olise is known to all those who are keen followers of the English Premier League. The attacking midfielder made name for himself at Reading in the championship before moving to Cyrstal Palace.
The thing with Michael Olise is that he is eligible to play for four countries; England, France, Algeria and Nigeria.
28. Kevin Schade (Freiburg, Winger, 20 years Old)
Kevin Shade has a Nigerian father and a German mother. The winger has scored three goals in the Bundesliga for Freiburg this season.

23. Xavier Amaechi (Bolton, winger, 21 years old)
Xavier Casmier Amaechi is a winger who currently plays on loan at Bolton Wanderers. He came from Arsenal’s academy but failed to make it to the main team and left for German club Hamburger SV in 2019.
