The reigning CAF Champions League winners Al Ahly of Egypt are on course for a record extending 11th title after making the last 8 in this year’s edition.
The Egyptian giants who were recently crowned the third best team in the world after their heroic at the Club World Cup will face Raja Casablanca of Morocco.
They are the only Egyptian club left in the tournament while Raja Casablanca, Wydad Casablanca from Morocco.
ES Setif, and CR Belouizdad from Algeria; Mamelodi Sundowns, Petro Atletico, and Espérance Tunis from South Africa, Angola and Tunisia respectively.
