CAF names Nigerian officials for Dreams FC vs Zamelek clash

Ahead of the highly anticipated CAF Confederation Cup semifinal second-leg clash between Dreams FC and Zamalek SC, Nigeria Football Federation’s Sanusi Mohammed has been appointed as the Match Commissioner to ensure smooth game proceedings, while Chukwudi Callistus Chukwujekwu will serve as the Referee Assessor, and Kabelo Bosilong from South Africa will act as the General Coordinator.

In this crucial tie, top Chad match official Alhadji Allaou Mahamat will officiate as referee, with a skilled team of officials including Elvis Guy Noupue Nguegoue from Cameroon, Adou Hermann Desira N’goh from Cote D’Ivoire, and Patrice Milazar from Mauritius as assistants, and Juliet Bawuah from Ghana handling media affairs.

The match will be closely monitored by Dahane Beida from Mauritania as the Video Assistant Referee, assisted by Ahmad Imtehaz Heeralal from Mauritius.

Dreams FC, undefeated in Kumasi with three wins and a draw, enter the game with confidence, aiming for their first final appearance.

However, Zamalek SC, equally determined, knows a scoring draw would suffice to secure their passage to the final. With both teams eyeing glory in the prestigious CAF Confederation Cup, fans anticipate an enthralling encounter at Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, April 28.
