Nigerians in NBA
Quite a number of Nigerian players are plying their trades in the NBA.
While a few are already member of the Nigeria men’s Basketball team, D’Tigers, others of Nigerian descent are not.
On this page we focus on the known Nigerians in NBA who are playing for franchises in the NBA and the others who are not known but are of Nigeria origin.
Also on focus are Nigerians in NBA players who are in the college in America that have declared for draft picks.
Everyone knows Nigerian in NBA such as Al-Farouq Aminu, Josh Okogie, Chimezie Metu, Ekpe Udoh.
But not many know that Giannis Antetokounmpo, Victor Oladipo, Deandre Ayton, Semi Ojeleye and OG Anunoby are of Nigerian descent.
