FIFA U20 WC: NFF lines up Salzburg and Hoffenheim friendlies for Flying Eagles

NFF has lined up two more friendlies for Flying Eagles of Nigeria who will be battling Saudi Arabia U20 in a friendly game today.

As Paul Aigbogun and his boys continue to prepare for the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup, they will be involved in high profile friendlies.

Already, the team had played a 3-3 draw in their first friendly game against Frieburg U23 but will still play two more games after today’s clash against Saudi Arabia.

After the Saudi Arabia friendly, the Flying Eagles will be travelling to Austria to battle Red Bull Salzburg.

Their last friendly according to sources will be a clash against Hoffenheim U23 before flying out of their base in Germany on May 19th for Poland.

Nigeria are drawn in the same group as Qatar, Ukraine, and USA. The Flying Eagles start their game against Qatar on May 24th.
