Genk seriously chasing €5m rated Paul Onuachu and Midtjylland willing sell

Soon to be crowned Belgian Pro League Champions, KRC Genk are ready to do everything to sign Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu.

Gent are the latest club to have shown interest in Nigerian striker who look set to be on his way out of Denmark this summer.

Reports coming out of Denmark reveal that Midtjylland who are willing to part way with their most prized asset have set an asking price of €5m for the former FC Ebedei striker.

And Genk whose sports director Dimitri de Conde flew to Denmark Monday for talks on Onuachu are ready to match the asking get price as they also prepare to lose their star man Mbwana Samatta, who is set for a big-money transfer this summer after a stellar campaign.

Paul Onuachu has scored a total of 14 goals in 23 league games for Midtjylland in the Danish league this season.
