Nigeria U20 2 VfR Aalen 1: Henry Offia on target again as Nnamdi Oforborh stars in Flying Eagles win

Henry Offia, Nnamdi Oforborh and Igho Ogbu were on target as Nigeria U20s beat German third-tier side VfR Aalen in a friendly game played on Wednesday.

After a 2-1 defeat in their last game against Saudi Arabia where Henry Offia was the scorer, the Flying Eagles bounced back with a win against VfR Aalen in Germany.

Bournemouth ace Nnamdi Ofoborh set up Henry Offia for his second goal in his second game for the Nigeria U20s but the lead was cut short as after VfR’s equaliser.

Nnamdi Ofoborh who was having a nice time scored the second goal to restore Nigeria’s lead before Rosenborg defender Igho Ogbu scored a third goal for Nigeria.

The win is Nigeria’s first in their last three friendlies.
