Pellegrini plans Isco reunion
Manchester City are reportedly ready to make a second attempt at signing Spanish international Isco, who turned the Premier League club down in 2013.
City were strongly linked with a move for the 23-year-old during his time at Malaga, but the attacker ultimately chose to join Real Madrid.
The Spaniard was racked up more than 120 appearances for Real Madrid since making the move to the Bernabeu, but it is widely accepted that he is not first choice when Los Blancos have a fully-fit squad to choose from.
According to The Mirror, the former Premier League champions are preparing to make a second bid for the attacker, who has scored just once this season.
Isco was a second-half substitute in El Clasico at the weekend, but did not complete the match after picking up a red card for a late lunge on Barcelona’s Neymar.
