Victor Osimhen hits back at Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s agent over false claims
Super Eagles and Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, has strongly criticized Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s agent, Mamuka Jugeli, for spreading false information about him.
Jugeli claimed that Osimhen would be moving to Saudi Arabia in the summer for financial reasons, a statement the Nigerian forward vehemently denies.
Osimhen, who enjoyed a successful 2023 season with Napoli, winning the Serie A title and earning individual accolades, expressed his frustration on Instagram, calling Jugeli a “piece of filth” and a “disgrace.”
The striker emphasized that he is staying in Naples and urged Jugeli to refrain from mentioning his name falsely.
“Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are a piece of filth and a disgrace. I’m embarrassed at your sense of reasoning. Dumb f**k! KEEP MY NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH,” the Osimhen post read.
Despite facing injuries this season, Osimhen has managed to score seven league goals and contribute to another, showcasing his importance to Napoli’s attack. The dispute with Jugeli adds a new layer of drama to Osimhen’s already eventful season.
Earlier this season, Osimhen was faced with a controversial TikTok video on the Napoli account mocking him for a penalty miss.
At the time of this report, Osimhen is in Cote d’Ivoire with the Nigeria National team ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations which gets underway this weekend,
