Aarhus 1 Midtjylland 2: Paul Onuachu scores two then sees red
Not how Paul Onuachu planned to end the night having gone from hero to almost become the villian at Ceres Park in Midtjylland 2-1 win against
Aarhus GF in Danish Supaliga game on Sunday.
The Nigerian striker who has to be on top form for Midtylland to stand a chance in their two-horse title race with Copenhagen came to fore in the win.
Jakob Ankersen opened the scoring for Aarhus GF in the 32th minute of the game when he scored a powerful header.
But Paul Onuachu drew his side level in the 38th minute with a fine strike.
At half time the scoreline ended 1-1 with Midtjylland in fore front of the game.
Paul Onuachu increased his tally to two in the 53rd minute a goal which happened to secure the maximum points.
Unfortunately for the tall striker, he was sent off in the 67th minute for a second bookable offence.
Midtjylland were further reduced to nine men when Marc Dal Hende sent off in 77th minute for a second bookable offence.
Paul Onuachu has now scored 14 league goals in 20 games.
