Chidera Ejuke links up with Sylvester Igboun in Russia

Chidera Ejuke has linked up with his compatriot Sylvester Igboun at a Russian topflight league club after signing a four-year contract.

The 22-year-old attacker who was Eredivisie top dribller with an average of with 4.1 dribbles per game joined CSKA Moscow from Heerenveen.

“PFC CSKA and Heerenveen have formalized the transition of 22-year-old striker Chidera Edjuke,” reads a statement on CSKA Moscow’s official website.

”The Red and Blues have signed a 4-year contract with the striker.

“Previously, the Nigerian successfully passed a medical examination.

“Welcome to PFC CSKA!.”

Chidera Ejuke scored 10 goals and provided four assists in 29 appearances across all competitions for Heerenveen.

While Sylvester Igboun wears Dynamo Moscow’s number 10, Chidera Ejuke will don the number 11 jersey for CSKA Moscow.
