HT: Lesotho 1 Nigeria 2: Iwobi, Chukwueze goals cancel Nkoto’s strike

Goals from Alex Iwobi and Samuel Chukwueze have put Nigeria in front in Lesotho.

Masoabi Nkoto put the home team in front in the 11th minutes of the game after Eagles’ defence were caught napping. A cross from the left nodded home by attacker put the home team in front.

Alex Iwobi’s low drive found the back of the net for Eagles’ equalizer. Osimhen out-muscled Lesotho’s defender to set the former Arsenal attacker up and the rest is history.

Again, Osimhen set up Samuel Chukwueze who nodded home Eagles second goal in the 38th minute.
